Thanks to all who joined us on November 10, 2012 at 4 p.m. at Piedmont Park in Atlanta and helped make a difference in the lives of children! Prizes were given for best superohero costumes for family (basket worth over $250) adult, child and pet ($50 gift card for each winner). Gift card prizes were also given to the top runners in each category. There was something for everyone - a 5K, Fun Run, Tot Trot and children's activities, including a booth to make superhero puppets with the Center for Puppetry Arts.
Our goal was to raise awareness and funds through corporate sponsorships, registration fees and individual fundraisers from runners and CASA supporters, so abused and neglected children in Metro Atlanta can find the life they deserve to live.
